Canary Islands

Tenerife volcanic landscape and La Gomera mix of lush forest and dry terraces

We spent a week in the Canary Islands at the end of the summer 2025. We decided to focus our trip on two islands only: Tenerife for its well known volcano El Teide, and La Gomera as we had read it was one that remained rather raw, with a mix of lush humid forests and rugged terrains. We keep good memories of both and I need to go back to Tenerife to surf that great spot near our one of our says.
